WELCOME TO THE KING RIVER PONY CLUB WEB PAGE

The Pony Club is a worldwide youth organisation for those interested in horses, ponies
and riding. It is the largest association of riders in the world and membership is open to
anyone under 25 years of age.
The majority of Pony Club activities are aimed at the "average child on an
ordinary pony".
In Western Australia, there are approximately 70 pony clubs, with over 2300 members.
The WA Clubs are in 12 zones: Avon, Central, Eastern, Esperance, Great Southern, Hills,
Metropolitan, Midland, Northern, North West, South West and West Coastal.
The King River Horse and Pony Club belongs to the Great Southern Zone, along with
Albany, Denmark, Gnowangerup, Jerramungup, Katanning, Kojonup and West Plantagenet.

River Pony Club, ranging from its beginnings in the mid 1960s, to the activities it offers

The Club acknowledges and appreciates the ongoing support offerred by the Department of Sport & Recreation in its development and activities.
